Terms of service
Pre-release terms for using the original browser puzzle, guides, and optional account features.
Last updated: 2026-07-25
Pre-release status
These terms are an original release-candidate draft. The operating entity, jurisdiction, effective date, minimum-age treatment, dispute process, and verified legal contact must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production. Until then, this page remains excluded from indexing.
Service
The service provides an original browser puzzle, tutorials, and editorial material about its own rules and levels. Public play is free and does not require an account. The MVP does not sell subscriptions, virtual currency, paid lives, downloads, or third-party games.
Features may change, be corrected, or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular ranking, or that every device will remain supported indefinitely.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break applicable law, interfere with other users, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, scrape personal data, or submit content that infringes another person's rights.
You may study general gameplay behavior, but these terms do not grant permission to copy project source code, level data, editorial text, or project-owned media beyond their applicable license.
Accounts
An account is optional for play. If you create one, provide accurate information, protect credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. The operator may restrict an account used for abuse or material breach after considering applicable law and the circumstances.
Intellectual property and non-affiliation
Original project code, level data, text, and SVG media remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any referenced developer, publisher, portal, or store.
Copyright complaints
A notice should identify the protected work, the disputed location, the complainant's contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature. We may temporarily remove disputed material while reviewing a complete notice and any response.
Legal contact is not configured; production release is blocked.Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without unsupported guarantees. Any exclusions or liability limits must be adapted to the confirmed operator and jurisdiction; mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
Changes and termination
Material changes will update the date and receive notice or renewed acceptance where required. Users can stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend abusive access while preserving legally required rights and records.
