Contact and copyright complaints

How to report corrections, accessibility issues, privacy requests, and copyright concerns.

Last updated: 2026-07-25

What you can report

  • A gameplay, level-data, translation, or editorial error.
  • An accessibility or browser-compatibility problem.
  • A privacy or account-data request.
  • A copyright, trademark, or other rights concern.
  • A security issue that does not require publishing exploit details.

Copyright notice details

To help us assess a copyright complaint, include:

  1. The protected work you believe is affected.
  2. The exact URL and description of the disputed material.
  3. Your name and a reliable reply address.
  4. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
  5. A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Do not send passwords, authentication secrets, government identifiers, full payment details, or unrelated personal data. We may request narrowly necessary follow-up information and may temporarily remove disputed material during review.

No verified contact mailbox is configured. This is a hard production-release blocker.

Response process

The production operator must assign an inbox owner, define acknowledgement and escalation targets, verify mailbox delivery, and record the outcome of rights complaints. Those operational facts are not yet established and cannot be inferred from this page draft.
